Jacobs Bond Pascoe successfully designed , installed and validated an ISO 2 manufacturing facility complete with clean services incuding vacuum,compressed air and medical gases.

Modifications to existing GMP Grade A/B manufacturing facility.
A new GMP Grade C manufacturing facility was designed to maintain close control Humidity and temperature conditions. As part of Jacobs Bond Pascoe works was to design a Grade A UDAF in the dispensary area. A new BMS and EMS system was designed , installed and validated
Our client approached Jacobs Bond Pascoe after MHRA had served them with a notice to stop production due to particale count in at various positions in the Grade B Facility. Jacobs Bond Pascoe undertook a CFD to establish the problem area's and made modifications to the air distribution HVAC plant.
