Modifications to existing GMP Grade A/B manufacturing facility.
HVAC System: Supply AHU which had previously been qualified remained basically unchanged. This project was carried out by JBP (Jacobs, Bond & Pascoe) and included modifications to the ductwork serving various rooms to improve airflow patterns within the rooms. The performance of the HVAC system serving production rooms and the associated UDAF devices were checked and recorded prior to any modification work being carried out. These tests were carried out by jacobs Bond Pascoe Ltd. .

A new GMP Grade C manufacturing facility was designed to maintain close control Humidity and temperature conditions. As part of Jacobs Bond Pascoe works was to design a Grade A UDAF in the dispensary area. A new BMS and EMS system was designed , installed and validated
Our client approached Jacobs Bond Pascoe after MHRA had served them with a notice to stop production due to particale count in at various positions in the Grade B Facility. Jacobs Bond Pascoe undertook a CFD to establish the problem area's and made modifications to the air distribution HVAC plant.
